Textured Plaster Finishes & Custom Surface Applications

Mineral-based and specialty plasters — tailored to your design, surfaces, and architecture.

We provide custom textured plaster finishes tailored to the specific design, surface conditions, and architectural style of each project. Our work includes a full range of mineral-based and specialty finishes, including Venetian plaster, limewash, Roman clay, and microcement.

Each finish is developed individually, allowing full control over texture, depth, color variation, and sheen. Unlike standard paint, textured plaster creates a layered surface with natural movement and material character, making every wall unique.

Our services cover walls, ceilings, fireplaces, bathrooms, and feature areas where both visual impact and material performance are important. We work with homeowners, interior designers, and builders to integrate finishes into new construction and remodeling projects.

From surface preparation to final sealing, every stage of the process is handled with attention to durability, adhesion, and long-term performance. Depending on the application, we select materials that offer breathability, moisture resistance, or a seamless, joint-free surface.

Decorative plaster wall finish showcasing artisan craftsmanship

The Art and Science of Decorative Plaster

Lasting results come from pairing the right system to the substrate and the room's demands — not from a one-size-fits-all product. We work with authentic lime-based and specialty formulations, building layered surfaces where chemistry, adhesion, and sealing matter as much as color and texture.

Bathrooms & wet areas: Microcement and sealed systems can deliver a seamless, water-resistant surface with fewer joints than tile — easier to maintain and well suited to showers and high-moisture zones when specified correctly. See our bathroom applications.

Bedrooms & dry living spaces: Limewash and breathable lime finishes support soft variation and a natural matte character, with a surface that can contribute to a calmer indoor environment.

Living & feature walls: Venetian plaster and textured plasters add depth, movement, and sheen control — qualities flat paint cannot replicate — so feature walls and fireplaces read as intentional architecture, not just color.

In the Pacific Northwest, humidity and seasonal cycles are part of the brief. We choose materials and detailing with moisture behavior, durability, and long-term adhesion in mind for homes in Oregon and Washington.
